What This Estimate Assumes

A cash plan from the budgets, savings and months you enter. It leaves out CPF, which can pay part of a BTO flat. The total takes off your ang bao, up to the wedding budget, but the month-by-month check counts them only in the month they arrive. Each month’s savings arrive before that month’s bills; ang bao arrive after them. Month 0 means right now, and the monthly amount assumes you first pay anything due right now. The wedding deposit is part of the wedding budget, and the rest is due in the wedding month. The renovation can have a deposit and a balance; the BTO has one payment. For more instalments, use a detailed schedule. Ang bao are never certain, so also try 0. No interest, inflation or borrowing is included. Add a buffer: this is an estimate, not a quote.
